Party chat and notifications

Hey, I was trying to play with some friends and we had some issues with the party chat. First off no push notification went through the app to let them know I invited them. But even beyond that the only way to get in was through the invite notification, my friend missed it and I was unable to invite again. We had to have him make a party to join. It's like there was no way to see that someone was in a party and allow us to join it. Beyond that it would be amazing if there were chat heads showing who was talking.

@Xcom923 Make sure to submit your suggestion through the Feedback section from your Stadia app. This would be the best way to make sure your voice is heard by Google.
