You can change volume setting on Stadia configuration (push Stadia button on controller e nove to headphone icons) and of course on game settings.

Personally the level is good, I connect simple phone mobile headset, the OnePlus Silver Bullet, and the level sound it's loud.

Does anyone know how to increase headset volume? Even at the max, it seems to be coming in low through the headset.

On Destiny 2, i found it louder when you are part of the game chat, vs party chat, if you're playing with others. Try balancing it with the in-game sound options, and making sure the Chromecast volume itself is at max. I think it definitely needs to be louder, and sound quality overall is subpar, IMO.

Hey! I just managed to connect my XBox 360 turtle beach headset to my TV and it’s working great. I get full volume control and the sound is coming in loud and clear as opposed to connecting earphones to the jack on the controller.

I was having an awful experience until I noticed my aux cord wasn't plugged in fully to the headset. Make sure you jam that thing in there because some aux cords have trouble being fully connected, especially if you're using a cord that didn't come with the headset.

Now if you're using wireless...well...I'm not sure about troubleshooting that :P.
