Ark Servers yes, Arks servers no...they don't appear...?? Why..??

Very good morning to all,

I'm trying to enter an Ark server and it doesn't seem to work. I don't understand why there are servers that do appear and others don't. I have contact by discord with the server admin and he has been given permissions for PC players, with which we could enter, but it does not appear in the list within the game.

Do I have to activate something else on the server? why do some servers and others do not appear in unofficial ..??

I do not understand what differences there are between the servers for them to appear or not appear..

@Andro_633 I'm not that familiar with how Ark servers work, since I don't play the game, but it sounds like you're trying to join a private server hosted by someone else? Did you get any error messages or screenshots? Perhaps I can try to help look up what the issue is.

Hello,

Yes, I am trying to join a private server hosted by someone else. The problem is that the server exists, and the people who play through the PC can connect, but on the other hand, the Stadia players cannot. When you connect to the game and search the servers, it does not appear, only 3 or 4 appear.

I think the problem is that the game has several updates, which have not yet been made in stadia. Stadia players are on an old version, and if the server has been updated to the new ark patch, we can't access it because we don't see it on the list.

Perhaps if Stadia updated the program, these bugs would be resolved.

@Andro_633 I think you just answered your own question. Usually, and not just for Ark, you need to be on the same version to be able to play online together. Let's hope the Stadia version for Ark gets updated soon.

@Ivan I hope so too although I don't trust much. I think it will be more likely that I will unsubscribe from the service, since free games do not convince me too much, and the little that can convince, like Ark, is not updated or taken care of (we continue with the language in English and I I am Spanish speaking). A pity because the idea of Stadia was good, but these details are not taken care of. Thank you very much for your time and effort. All the best.
