YouTube Premium / 3 months free Stadia Pro

I got an E-Mail today for the YouTube Premium promotion, but after giving all my data it says I'm only able to get the 1 free month trial.

I never had Stadia, so I'm a bit confused.

I have the same issue. I did have stadia for a couple of months earlier, but it seems according to the rules I'm still eligible for the 3 free months.

Same situation here and their online chat support is nonexistent.

@SirChokk @Brokenlink @haunter90 @ do you currently have Stadia Pro membership? I found the help page article and it mentioned that the promo is only available for new Pro subscribers, or if you currently don't have an active Pro subscription. Also for selected countries only. I read the rules, and I currently do not have a pro subscription.

I did in the past but think that shouldn't matter

No. Having one in the past matters. I, however, have never had a stadia subscription and I do have YouTube premium, and located in u.s.a. so what gives? It only leads me to the 1 month when I try to claim the promo.

I have also been affected by this glitch. I've never had Stadia before and it only gave me 1 month instead of the 3
