I have not received the code for the stadia premiere edition. I bought the Fifa 22 last Sunday, October 3.

in the Terms and Conditions of the offer you can find that the code will be sent later in October, see here:

"Redemption code for a Stadia Premiere Edition to use at the Google Store will be sent to the email address associated with your Stadia account by October 20, 2021 11:59 pm PT, and must be redeemed by November 20, 2021 11:59 pm PT. You must have or add a form of payment at checkout to pay for shipping charges."

Also make sure you're checking the eligibility of the offer to ensure that you're eligible for receiving a code.

That's not true.

With "by" they mean that it will be sent till this day. And then you have time till 20. November to redeem your code.

Also in German its said that way.
