I still have not received the promo code for the Free controller + Chrome Ultra (Stadia Premiere Edition)

I picked up

Cyberpunk 2077 (Stadia) (by Google)

$59.99

Tax: $4.80

Total: $64.79

During check out Google checkout automatically completed the transaction using PayPal, does this qualify for the free controller promo ?

I was reading other messages and some people are saying it's only for Credit Card and Debit, can some one please confirm ?

Redemption code for a Stadia Premiere Edition to use at the Google Store will be sent to the email address associated with your Stadia account by October 20, 2021 11:59 pm PT, and must be redeemed by November 20, 2021 11:59 pm PT. You must have or add a form of payment at checkout to pay for shipping charges.
