FIFA 22 Ultimate Edition not recieved extra content

I ordered FIFA 22 Ultimate edition, the game works but I have not recieved any of the extra content in the ultimate edition. No 4600 FIFA points etc.

Did this happen to others? Who should I contact to get this?

Yes,
I also have not received anything, and do not know who to contact.

On Ps4 and Ps5 they received all the extra rewards, staff problem but this is not good

i haven't receivid anything either. Apart from that i can't connect my Origin account, but it makes me create a new account, also from stadia i bought 4600 fifa points, which i don't receive in game, absurd. If i knew i took normal fear for origin. Shame!

Same issue, pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, have confirmation that payment was taken, but still no additional content. I have also just purchase some Fifa points approximately £11 worth through Stadia and they haven't appeared either. Normally I wouldn't bother, but I wanted to test it out. Nothing showing on either the web app or in game.

There was a lot of issues on EA's side across all platforms with the other redeemable bonus content. You'll see a yellow banner at the top highlighting the Fifa 22 bonus content issues. Best of luck!
