Destiny 2 crossplay voice chat

I have a question about how to start in game voice chat with others on different platforms? Bungie released voice chat in game earlier this week and (this may be a dumb question) I'm not sure how to start it.

I changed my privacy settings as recommended but I'm not seeing exactly where I would go to actually initiate the chat. Is it located in stadia chat settings? Can it be started in game? Do my friends already have to be on my team to start it?

Hi @Rodzilla8735,

I am not a Destiny 2 player but I think it does not work the Stadia Party system but a chat system within the game it self.
