Stadia availability in rest of the Europe

Good afternoon ,I was curious when we can except stadia availability in rest of Europe especially Croatia (I'm aware that you might have problem with authorization and localization to different languages ,but you can always use English for start in your subtitles ,for lack serves issues for entire south eastern European and Easter European region you can always use servers from nearby countries with better infrastructure. The closest one here where stadia servers are available is Italy , Germany, Hungry and Austria .)
