Please make it possible. Now there is no option for this, so if want the deluxe extras I have to buy the whole game again.

Yeah I saw this page, but there is no "Buy" button. You can only buy this with the full Deluxe Edition, so if you have the standard edition you can't upgrade it (Stadia Support confirmed this).
