I wanted to buy Rainbow 6 Siege while its on sale. However its still under my Ubisoft +. Is there anyway I can buy the title as I plan on not using the Ubisoft plus anymore. I don't want to miss out while its such a good deal

I am afraid that is not possible.

This is beeing explained at THIS support page.

You won't be able to purchase Ubisoft games on Stadia if the Ubisoft account you've linked with Stadia has an active Ubisoft+ subscription with access to cloud gaming.
