I have the same error. I can see Stadia linked correctly in the Ubisoft account, but can't use Ubisoft+ in Stadia, getting "Subscription can not be started at this time CM-UPP-01."

Are your Google and Ubisoft accounts from the same country?

Also getting this error.
I think it's because Ubisoft+ on Stadia is not yet available outside the US.

oui, j'ai pensé la même chose que vous, il n'y a pas d'annonce officielle pour la date .... j'espère que ça se fera bientôt car pouvoir jouer au catalogue ubisoft sur tous les écrans de la maison me tente bien lol

I don't speak much French, but I think I'm in the same boat as Astrogeek. Ubisoft Plus is not available to access through Stadia in the UK either. It's a massive blow. As a subscriber to both, it would be really good to have my U+ catalogue available on Stadia for both portability and because my PC cannot keep up with newer AAA games anymore.

I'm having the same issues in The Netherlands. Ubisoft Plus is available here, just can't seem to connect it.

Ubisoft+ isn't officially released yet for Europe. 🥺

Saw some YouTube videos that it could be possible with a workaround. But please note support isn't official yet.
