Let's start with some basic questions:

What device are you trying to play the game on?
Is this happening with other games as well?
How long has this been happening for?

If you're on the Stadia app, try a fresh re-install of the app

Hi,

I've a similar problem with Darkside.

I log in and get stuck before I can access any menus, so the game is unplayable.

I've tried all solutions recommended and nothing works. I contacted Akupara games who are looking into it. From their Twitter feed:

'This is a problem we've been tracking for a bit and are working on solving. Other players have had success rebooting multiple times because some boots have gotten past the loop, but we haven't confirmed that workaround yet. I'll check back with news!'

This relates to the Xbox version, but I guess we must have the same problem.

Its a pity as was enjoying this game.

Hope it gets fixed, this was a purchased game and isn't part of the pro subscription.

Solved!

I got contact with Akupara, it seems a problem with the Spanish Stadia Account.

The told me to wait a couple of days, and they would solve the problem...and...now it works
