I have been offered a 3 month free with stadia through lenoevo and it says claimed but then it sends m to a screen with nothing on it.

Please help

Hi @Daveboon

When you claim the offer by Lenovo, it will open a new link on Chrome, copy the link in a note app and you'll see in the end of the URL invite_code=********

The part after = is the promotional code, you can paste in Stadia.google.com > Settings > Use Code.

Hi thanks for getting back to me

I click on the " claim " button but it just directs me a page with only a link to show what devices are compatible.

It then tells me to download the app to continue but I have the app already installed.

I'm stuck

@Daveboon are you claiming the code through the same Lenovo device (I'm assuming Chromebook) that's eligible for the promotion? If yes, which device is it (model and make)?

No I don't have any Lenovo devices anymore I'm trying to do it on my mobile through my Gmail

Hi @Daveboon,

In some other chat I noticed some people are getting the message: Reward has ended.
Also if you had a 3 month trial before this you are not eligible for these 3 free months.

So I am not sure if this is still going to work. From my understanding the promotion ended and the people who have a promotional code can use it on Stadia until next year. But then again you need to have the code.

@Daveboon so that's the problem. If I'm understanding correctly, you're trying to access the reward link, correct? For these kind of cases, it will actually try to verify if your device is eligible for the promo (Happened to me in the past). Otherwise it won't work.

Any chance you can get temporary access to your original device?

Long press the claim button copy url paste url as a rest or something in you url you will se id=********* copy the I'd go to stadia.google.com click the 3 dots on the top right of chrome click the box that says desktop mode then once stadia loads click your avatar photo on the top right then go to settings then redeem then paste the code you got from the url you did at the start I have done a screen recording of me doing this if you need it I'll upload

If you are speaking about Gaming Legion reward (you won't need a Lenovo device), you just need to follow the steps > click claim > it will open in a new tab on Chrome > copy-paste the URL, and you'll see the following example https://stadia.google.com/warning/5?original_url=https%3A%2F%2Fstadia.google.com%2Fse[…]H3LN2WPDC43&redirect_reasons=13&invite_code=**********

Instead of ******, you'll see the code to redeem on the Settings > Code on stadia.google.com.

I did like that in my case
