Hello,

Is anyone else missing their pre-order of The Outriders on Stadia?

I notice the game isn't even available for regular purchase.

Sometimes on the days pre orders are due to go live the pre order comes down. The game should go live at 5pm gmt or 9am pT.

It's just the pre order time has expired hope you enjoy the game when it goes live in about 1 hour and 15 minutes

I heard it was supposed to go live 12am midnight didn't go live till 9am. Hope they fix this issue in the future. I wanna play at midnight.

This feels like a rip off. Having paid for the bundle and it's now useless if you have played more than a couple of hours.

In my case I've finished the game and never got the stuff I paid for. How about refunding us the price of the bundle that we paid for and was not delivered? Quite the bait and switch going on with this game.

You can try contacting stadia support here https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp

It might be outside of the refund period but because the game is facing issues specific to stadia you might just be able to still get a refund.

Other then that I suggest waiting until Square Enix patchs the game.
