Have you checked if you have received an email (&lt;A href="https://mail.google.com/" target="_self"&gt;mail.google.com&lt;/A&gt;) about a cancellation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have purchased it correctly and not even the hardware is on the way to you, I would recommend to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/store/?hl=en-GB#topic=3237699&amp;amp;contact=1" target="_self"&gt;talk to the Google Store-Team&lt;/A&gt; to figure out what went wrong. You can't get an access code, when the shipping is not even on the way to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I ordered the Founder's Edition 17th of June and have not heard anything from Google about my access code, nor my "hardware". Have not recieved anything.. The order page said I could expect it to be delivered by TODAY, 22.11...</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;a href="https://community.stadia.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3774"&gt;@Chufu&lt;/a&gt;, thanks for the reply. DHL has sent me an email and the controller is on its way, just really dissapointing not getting it before the weekend when the delivery date was today (at the latest) Have talked to Stadia support who tells me they can generate the code, but they need both order number and serial number for the controller that I've not recieved... Thinking I'll maybe just cancel the order and get a refund now...</description>
