So my unit has arrived, ordered in October.

Any thoughts as to when the code will come through? Pretty f-ing useless without it.

@sirsquid When did you place your pre-order? As of yesterday, they're working on sending out codes for July pre-orders

The way they're doing this is an absolute travesty.

Customer service is basically non-existent.
