i bought cyberpunk 2077 yesterday, when the offer with premier edition was still live, without receiveng yet the email with the promo code. Today i readed that the offer was finished due out of stock.

i'm still be able to receive the premier edition?

As I can read in the announce:

If you placed an order before 4 PM PT on December 13, you are eligible for the promotion and will receive a code within 7 days to redeem your Premiere Edition.

I ordered Cyberpunk 2077 at 1:52 AM CST. After a terrible time playing on PS4 I received the email for the Premier Edition at 12:27 PM CST. At which I placed the order for Stadia Premier Edition. So you should get it soon.
