Is there a way I can record my chromecast footage and later upload it to YouTube?

As far as I know this is a feature that the Stadia team is planning to bring later to the platform.

For the moment I can only see that you could do video clips of the last 30 mins of your gameplay and then you can try if you can upload that footage to YouTube manually then. This article explains it a bit further.

You can't stream to YouTube currently natively through Chromecast although it is coming. You can however stream on a PC or you can get a capture card like an Elgato and hook that up through the Chromecast.
