Not Eligible for Stadia Promo through YouTube Premium

I have been a YouTube Premium member since August 6, 2018. On November 16, 2020 I cancelled, but still a paying member until December 6, 2020. So technically, I am a paying member still for this month. YouTube Premium told me that I am not eligible and that I wasn't supposed to cancel. BUT, the promotion says must be a paying member before November 6, 2020, which I was and still am. Can someone explain this to me, because they couldn't and I got screwed over.

@porco556 The promotion ended early since they ran out of supply for this particular promotion. You can see the message at the top of this help page

If you're planning to purchase Cyberpunk 2077, you can still get the Stadia Premiere bundle by pre-ordering / ordering the game before Dec17th.

Wait... that makes zero sense. Two things wrong here. If you are out of stock, then how can you have stock for a different promotion for Cyberpunk... that means you are not out of stock? And secondly, in Canada the promo just opened Nov 16, and I've been fighting since (and has been saying "not eligible") the first minute trying to figure this out.

Sorry, just realized I never mentioned I was in Canada until my last message. But if it goes out of stock in Canada because of a bug on their end, that's not cool either.
