Do I have to play Stadia games using the platform?

I want to pre-order cyberpunk on stadia's site for the controller and the chrome cast, but do I have to play my game on Stadia itself? Or can I play CyberPunk using my PC as if I purchased it on Steam or another platform?

@Shreign That is correct. Game licenses are not transferable. If you purchased the game through Stadia, you need to play the game using Stadia.

If you purchased cyberpunk on stadia you will need to play it on stadia. You may use your pc to play it through the chrome browser still or when (and if) you get the premier edition bundle you can play on your tv too. I would say think about getting cyberpunk on ps5 and wanting to play it on xbox...not possible without a re-buy. At least on stadia you are able to play with kb/m or a controller. If you have android you can play on there too...ios is in the works as announced today @Shreign
