I don't think is available yet in Italy.

Yes It Is, some friends of mine already get the free bundle. They got YouTube premium like me. I already contacted Stadia support and they tell me to contact YouTube support. Im waiting for reply and still cant get the promotional bundle

The problem was that i deactivated the youtube premium subscription before de 6th November 2020. Even if it was active until the last month payied it was considered "inactive" so i cant access the promotion
