You just need to have an active YouTube Premium subscription. Not sure though whether it's for long time subscribers only.

I tried too this morning to claim, I have a youtube premium account at the moment, but when I go to this link https://stadia.google.com/SdFGljSduV5z it says something like "you are not elegible to claim this offer" although I live in UK now. I have no idea

I was able to redeem one today, active YT Premium and Stadio Pro subscriber, in the US.

You have to had a paid you tube premium account since november 6 US and UK only if you started your free subscription on or before November 6th you out of luck Canada gets reamed again :{

I registered like an hour ago, I'm from US, never got instructions how to get free stadia bundle...

On the promotion page says:

@SanjaySyam this is not true. I've had subscription for almost two years and still get "not available in your region". Then I also see people who have signed up WAY AFTER NOV 6 are getting the email? lol classic.

Yep my partner signed up and got the offer, I tried at the same time and got told its not available in my region. Didn't know the right side of the bed was classed as a different region.
