same here. all I got was it was Bethesda thing, but all they did was turn back to stadia tech support. really wish I knew what was going on. it sucks not being able to access my dlc that I paid for, or upgrade the phoenix.

I'm experiencing the same issue.

How in h*** is it possible that they don't care? We all paid money for this game. Its impossible for me to complete the last mission as I cant get Xerxes II... did anybody find a solution for that?

This is hilarious. I thought it was my instance but that wouldn't make sense since I'm essentially streaming the same copy as everyone else. Yea the bug is still persistent and I straight up can't finish the game either. If anyone knows a way to have the xerxes vehicle populate without calling it in the menu, let us all know!
