Have you tried restarting your internet router? Also maybe delete the WiFi network you use from your laptop and set it up again in case that helps.

We have good internet (Stadia Speedtest says connection is perfect for playing).

Everytime since a week, stadia is saying that the connection would be too weak to play the game. If he can start the game it is very laggy and slow.

We have 0% of packet loss and we can't explain us what we can do.

I hope someone could help us!

Hi @NappingFox

Do you have other "network traffic consuming device" running when he's playing? Like Netflix, YouTube, heavy downloads, etc.? Plays your Dad in 720p, 1080p? Maybe you can play around with this settings and test if it will run better on a lower setting for the moment https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9607891.

Did you run the speed test in the moment of the Stadia problem?

Hey

No, there is no consuming device running while he is playing. He plays in 720p. That is the big problem. When i was playing while he was playing stadia it worked without an issue..

The speed test was in the moment of the problem, yes. And we can use other devices without problem.

Any other idea?

Someone already asked, but did you unplug the router for 30 seconds to reboot?
