    <description>&lt;P&gt;As that happened when doing a purchase ingame, I would say, try to ask the developers of the game if they have any option to recover your loss.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's not possible, you can also reach out to the &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp" target="_self"&gt;Stadia support&lt;/A&gt; to ask if there is any option to recover the loss, but I would assume, that only the devs would be able to do so, because they are the ones having access to all game files, etc. But it might be worth to check both just to be sure.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to purchase a dunk animation in the animation store, the game crashed and now I've lost all progress in My Career and My League. This includes all VCs I got from purchasing the Mamba Forever Edition.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the reason of choosing Stadia was to never lose purchased content and game progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to recover it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
