Type something, choose who gets to see it and it comes up as a bubble floating up or something to a similar effect. There isn't enough interaction between players and that's where stadia is lacking. I Have 50+ games on stadia. I pre-ordered it and I'm happy with all the content I have I just feel like I'm missing out on the community.
