My stadia is due to be delivered today, according to DHL, yet I have no access code. Why not? And if I can't play tonight I would rather like to be compensated for being delivered a product I cannot use

Mine was delivered this morning. Still waiting for my code too!!! It’s pretty frustrating having some exciting new technology that I can’t use

You can contact support via https://support.google.com/stadia but they will likely tell you it may take 3-5 business days and to contact them again if you still haven't received the code by Friday.

Same boat. Cancelled going to the gym today, moved my appointments around so I could spend the evening testing this thing out, and......... No code.... very annoying.

I just received my 2x Founders Edition Bundles and still no access codes.... This is extremely disappointing, but sadly not surprising.

I still have option to return them within 15-days, so will wait another few days.

Just really replying so i can monitor how long it takes others to get thier codes. I only received my founders edition about 2 hours ago so still holding out hope for an email to appear - very disappointing.

Had mine since 2 pm GMT. Still no code, got a call from Google and they said it will be soon, I said if you can't tell me a rough time span then how can you say soon?

@Cmv121 yeah it's pretty poor, if it's only a small fraction of founders as they claim (that looks false after searching online)then they really should do some sort of good will gesture/compensation

my code came through on the early hours of this morning - roughly 6 hours after signing for delivery of my founders edition. So activated this morning before work - all good, works well no input lag or frame rate issues, actually surprised how well it functions. My internet speed is around 170mbs. Hope everyone else gets similar results.

I've had my stadia since yesterday at 2pm lol it's now 11am the following day and still no code. I'm not impressed
