I’m very worried about stadia performance

I’m playing Marvel Avengers since the 2nd of September, ( CCU Ethernet cable 200mbs connection (no latency at all) ) well most of the time I play below 20 fps, specially in the single player campaign mode where there are amazing action scene, is look like playing on a very old pc with a gtx 950, they say that the power of stadia is 10 teraflops but I’m sure isn’t the truth, I was an hardcore player but I choose to sell my gaming pc to be “less addicted”, but if this is what google can offer I’m thinking to buy one of the new consoles and forget this nice idea of gaming ( I mean I want play cyberpunk in a perfect way ).
Do you guys have also performance issue with stadia?

@Orwell I think the aforementioned Marvel Avengers issue is a cross platform one (i.e. all consoles even PC are affected), it looks like the game has been developed foreseeing the next console generation in some sense and the optimisation for the current specs is quite poor.

In fact, it is said that the game lets you decide whether you want to prevail either the high resolution (FPS seems to drop to 20) or high frame rate (on the contrary, the FPS looks quite close to 60 but the graphics looks quite blurry specially if the CCU is set to 4K due to the upscale factor).

n.b. Unfortunately I haven’t bought the game yet so I haven’t been able to verify the above.

Hi @Orwell,

please test your connection using the special Stadia speet test (https://projectstream.google.com/speedtest). In my expierence, I had a bad peering from my ISP to Stadia (a few month ago)

The games Performance is **bleep** on All platforms. Its a shame to bring out this game with this develop state 🤦‍
