Have you reached out to Stadia Support yet?

https://support.google.com/stadia/contactflow

I recently had to do so regarding a sticky thumb stick on my Founders controller, and they were able to let me exchange it for a new (Founders) one. I'm not sure if they'll be able to help in the case of physical damage caused by dropping the controller but that's at least where I would start.

I've dropped my controller a few times on hard surfaces and I think that's why this is happening but on the left side of my controller whenever I put pressure on it it squeezes down a ton and it's super annoying. I think that one of the tabs broke off. Can I get it repaired? Do I get the same controller (I have a founder's controller)?
