Poor battery life.

Anybody else only getting 7-8 hours battery life from their controller? And shouldnt the controller have pass through charging if it has such short battery life?

@phreek469 : We are getting way more than 7-8 hours on a full charge on our controllers. I guess we charge them maybe once a week if that. I can't recall seeing a low battery warning yet.

Lie 7-8 hours I use 2 power banks a day and at night I charge controller in AC... every day. And I don't have sessions of more than 4 hours a day. By the way my left stick is still failing ... for when a warranty repair service ... using the warranty right now I would have 30 days left without a controller and a chromecast. For when a customer service at the height. You Mad Dog is annoying ... there is always someone like you everywhere ... with his speech everything works for me 100% nobody should have problems ... it's your fault (it's your isp) lol These attitudes hurt the company more instead of helping.

@Whito : I’m just saying it as is for me and my kids. If you don’t like what you read then don’t read it. No point getting irate or upset over my posts.

i’m not saying folks shouldn’t have problems, if you have a problem or issue then use your common sense and raise a case. what else are you expecting from the forum?

All right Mad ... The controller lasts for a game session and little else. I am glad that in your case it lasts a full week. From the forum I only hope to share / discuss my experiences both negative and positive with the community. regards

@Whito : That’s fine, good to share experiences and issues. As I said with our setup the controller is lasting a week, but obviously our kids are not playing Stadia for long sessions and are switching between their other consoles and regular TV before hitting Stadia again.

But calling it lies or making derogatory comments isn’t going to get anywhere imho.

Stadia's controller is a little bit better than it was with my PS4 controller, but I've heard XBox controllers would last a lot longer with AA batteries.
