Weird issue with controller on all devices

I have just moved house and switched wifi, so i reconnected my stadia controller and google tv. But for some reason, it links to my devices but it takes no input and after a few seconds, it vibrates and flashes orange and returns to solid white light. It then happens again, but this time, the light stays orange. I have already tried factory reset. Is it a real issue, or am i just not getting the fact that it may need charging? I don't know

Turns out the issue was lying in the fact that i was using a bt smart hub 2, and it does not allow separate 2g and 5g bands. So we turned off 5g and everything's now fine
