why is this service such trash? Can someone answer? From the horrible controller all the way to the customer service that has zero answers. I spent so much money and I can’t even get the thing connected

Everything is working on my side - this means the service does work - and I'm probably not the only one.

That's pity because we would have helped you with your problem with pleasure.

Don't places peoples in little boxes. You see, I'm using Stadia, and also have an RTX 2070 to play other games. One does not prevent the others.

Thanks for the useless suggestion and input. I’ve def reached out to the community and google on several occasions. Nothing has changed and I’m annoyed which I’m allowed to be. If it works for you.... cool whatever I’m not buying a bunch of bs to try and play when there are endless better options. You’re obviously some type of advocate for google and or stadia. Or you get off at sharing your pointless opinions with people. Enjoy your gaming tho there’s a lot of good content and similar everywhere besides with google. I’d be happy if I could just get my money back.

Well, no information from your side, no help to bring from our side. It's true everywhere, mate.

Now you have the right to want a refund, here is the steps to follow :

- For Games, go to stadia.google.com > Stadia Parameters > Click on the game > Refund button. Only available if played less than 2 hours and bought the game 14 days ago max.
- For Stadia itself (it's free, so I mean the controller) : See https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9598538?hl=en
