The stadia with pc can not detect the moga xp5-x plus controller. No matter what i tried it just doesn't work.. However, when i play with my mobile it is work perfectly. I can use it with x-cloud gaming, but here i don't know why it's just not working

The Moga XP5-x is not a supported controller for Stadia on PC.

As I can read in the article Stadia-compatible gamepads and screens

Other gamepads may also work, depending on their compatibility with Chrome and Android. Also note that not all gamepads will be compatible with non-Pixel Android devices. Contact your device's manufacturer for information on which gamepads are compatible with your device.
