hi I have a problem with my controller when I'm playing a game with headphones or earphones plugged in after 25mins of game play the sound starts cutting out every 3 to 5 mins plz help asap as the fun is been spoilt thks

Does this happen with multiple different headphones? If when it cuts out and you spin the jack in the port around a bit (or unplug and replug) does it fix it immediately?

hi thks for your quick response but done all those that you mentioned and yes headphones do work when unplugged

and plugged back in but not when turned have tried

other earphones and headphones thks

This thread seems to suggest there might be a link with party chat but it doesn't sound like you're chatting at all?

By the way, you can now use USB headsets with the Stadia controller. If you have one around, that may completely work around the problems you're having with the headset jack.
