Baldurs Gate 3 not starting

I purchased Baldur's Gate 3 awhile ago and I want to get back into the game but when I click on the game in my library it just makes the screen darker and nothing else. I have tried some options I have found but could not fix it. The problem might not be with the game but Stadia.com.

Are you able a other game without issues like the free to play games like Destiny 2?

Could you try opening a Chrome incognito window and try Stadia to see if that helps? Sometimes some plugins can cause issues.

I already tried to go into incognito mode as it was one of the solutions I found but that didn't end up working.

I only made a stadia account so I could play Baldur's Gate 3 as I don't have a very good computer.

In my first reaction there is a link to Destiny 2 on Stadia which is free for you to play.

Could try out if this works or gives the same result?

Ok so Destiny 2 is working correctly. @ABlaskov

The only thing you still can check is if you go to your Stadia settings --> Privacy and toggle the switch at allow friendlist sharing with Larian Studios.
If this is not the case it looks like only Balders Gate 3 is giving your issues correct, then please contact Stadia Support chat to see if they can help you.

I'm sorry you are having this issue with Stadia, especially since Baldur's Gate 3 is the only game you have and want to play on the platform. I've got the same problem, and I have multiple games. Ever since Patch 6, Baldur's Gate just crashes right after it boots. I get a message box appear in the game, but the crash is so fast that I don't get to read what it states. I then get the message from Stadia, that the game had a glitch". I've contacted Larian about this issue, still waiting to hear back from them.
