Black screen whil playing

Hi I'm playing on a macbook pro with chrome and the stadia controller linked via usb-c and 2 minutes or so after I start playing I get a black screen and the view exits full screen and I can see the tabs that I have open in chrome. I tried every solution found on the forums.
Incognito, no extensions, no firewall and so on. It happens in fifa 21 and star wars fallen order.

Anyone please help me.

sorry to hear you're unable to play Fifa 2021 and Fallen Order at the moment.

Can you try checking if the troubleshooting steps in this article help you with that issue? There are some specific Mac TS steps as well that might help here.

Just to check: Can you also try if you get the same error when playing in the Stadia app on mobile for example? If not, the issue might either be with your device (Macbook) or the browser (Chrome) I believe. Regarding Chrome TS steps you mentioned you tried a lot: Did you also check the Chrome Flags or deinstalling/reinstalling the browser so far?

Hi again Chufu, I'm sorry to say that it just happened again, I followed the guide and played fine for 2 days then today it happened again, I played fine this afternoon but as soon as I got home it started again.

Regarding your particular issue, we wanted to confirm whether this happens on other devices. Are you able to test on a mobile phone or another computer on the same network? Additionally, is your computer connected to your home network via wi-fi or ethernet?

hi, thanks for marking it for me.

I did not have a chance to test it on che chromecast ultra or other devices as I use my phone hotspot for gaming since it's faster than my other connection. And the mac is connected via Wi-Fi.

I noticed that if I turn on and off the location services on the mac I can play again normally.
