sorry to hear you encounter issues on your chromebook with Stadia.

To help you, can you give us some more details on your problem?

Do you have this problem only on your chromebook or also on a TV or a mobile phone or another PC/laptop?
Do you have the problem literally with all games or only some specific ones?
How fast is your internet connection at the moment? Here you test your connection.
You mentioned your games are "hanging", what exactly is the problem that you encounter? Can you start the games and then they are lagging? Or can you start them and then the graphics are terrible? Or can't you start them at all? Also: Does an error message appear?
