Hi, I have a large tv that I play games on using a PS4, it is not hooked up to a cable network or anything to that end. If I buy Stadia and the Chromecast Ultra will I be able to play on the tv just using that or will I need to hook it up a cable provider?

Hello @tjohnson314

If you're asking whether you need a cable TV subscription, then the answer is no. You will need an internet service subscription, though, including a home WiFi network, and ideally an Ethernet connection to the Chromecast Ultra's power adapter.

that's actually what I was asking. I will have both as the modem and router are both in my room. Thanks for answering.
