Maybe some of the basic troubleshooting steps might help you here?       <title>Not working: Cheking connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm new to stadia.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For every game i tried, I click the play button, and after a while appear a loading hint on lower left:&lt;BR /&gt;Checking connection...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="checking_connection.png" style="width: 452px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.stadia.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2980i0BE75310B9739A74/image-dimensions/452x278?v=v2" width="452" height="278" role="button" title="checking_connection.png" alt="checking_connection.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After 1 minute appears a pop up telling me to restart the game if I want to play.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="restart.png" style="width: 997px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.stadia.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2979iC5D65E8878AEFF8D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="restart.png" alt="restart.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But this never works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've a powerfull connection, ftth with 900+ Mbps download and 200+ Mbps upload. I already play with WoW, any steam game, origin, etc. and never had a single problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="speed.png" style="width: 371px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.stadia.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2978i2E50F5077D33AE33/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="speed.png" alt="speed.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me what should I try? Some specific port to be opened maybe?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far I tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Opening&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;44700 - 44899 (TCP and UDP)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;diabling windows AND router firewall&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Put machine in DMZ&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neither of this obviously worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Riccardo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.stadia.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3774"&gt;@Chufu&lt;/a&gt;, @@and thanks for your reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frankly I didn't know that I could use it with the phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried and it worked, both via Wi-Fi and 4g LTE.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.stadia.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3774"&gt;@Chufu&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before all of this, I God inspiration and tried to disable one by one chrome extensions (the only difference between pc chrome and smartphone by far)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really appreciate all the effort!! I had the I inspiration reading some of the troubleshooting stuff you linked. Thanks again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Riccardo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
