Flags change (and break, and disappear) all the time and aren't really intended for use by end users - And Canary changes and breaks even more frequently. Using flags on Canary is the bleeding edge of experimental.

I'd suggest using the Chrome feedback option to let the developers know that you noticed the flag missing:

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95315

Noticeable decrease in latency can be achieved by turning the "Use Metal instead of OpenGL for rasterization" flag in Chrome on Mac. No idea why it's not enabled by default.

Issue is in Chrome Canary 84.0.4122.3 the flag is missing. Is it just an oversight or a Metal/OpenGL switching will be forbidden?
