Stadia lags on fast internet.

I got 150 mbps up and down on speed test, stadia says poor connection...I saw in some thread, there was something about hardware acceleration on chrome?? I tried it still it says poor connection...please help
<edit> internet connection is through WiFi 5GHz

maybe there are some other bandwidth consumers on your privat network? On which operating system to you play?

You can check your internet connection (related to Stadia) with e.g. this speed test https://projectstream.google.com/speedtest.
