My country Kenya doesn't support Stadia . Everytime I try downloading,it notify me that the app is not available

hi, I am from Chile and I would like to know if there is any date for a new release of a list of countries that will support Stadia. I don't know if there is availability in Brazil.

unfortunately, there is no public roadmap related to a rollout Stadia to new countries and regions. You might want to follow the Stadia team on Twitter to stay up to date. (https://twitter.com/googlestadia)

No wonder this stadia is failing. They're not focusing on countries where buying an expensive gaming rig is a challenge. Their market in India and Africa would be huge. Too bad.
