there is currently no public roadmap on which devices will be supported in the future. You can follow the Stadia Team on Twitter or you check periodically the Stadia compatibility support page.

If this is true, I don't have a lot of hope for my Oppo to start supporting it in the near future.

Playing it mobile (=on any screen) was one of the main reasons to get Stadia. I'm paying for a pro subscription for months now, starting to get a nice game collection, but if I can't play them on my device in the near future i may have made a big mistake.
