DS4 not working on Samsung S20 anymore

Bluetooth.

Worked perfectly fine for several months since I got stadia.

All of a sudden, DS4 input not working on app anymore. DS4 able to connect to phone successfully, as before.

Just paid for another month of pro....

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @amcneel, sorry to hear this is happening. Have you tried reinstalling the app? Give that a shot and let us know if it made any difference.

Thanks for the response. That was one of the first things I tried, but unfortunately it didn't fix anything. I've also tried resetting the controller, but it I don't think it has any issues, as it works fine on other apps and systems. I'm gonna give it a go again tomorrow to see if there are différences between games within stadia. I know for a fact it doesn't work with hitman, but it also doesn't work on the menu (e.g. selecting games and moving around).

I'd really like to buy and be able to play valhalla on Stadia. It worked so well with Odyssey. Sad...

I see you have reinstalled the app but did you try to clear the cache from the app (reinstall won't fix this by default).

Settings --> Apps --> Search for Stadia --> Clear Storage & Clear Cache.

Do you have the possibility to try the device on a other phone? I know this is a bit much to ask but could help in troubleshooting.

It must be a specific problem on your side or an S20 ./. Stadia problem.

DS4 works perfectly on my phone (Xperia 1ii). Wish Stadia had 4k-support for phones but that's another story

Thanks for the response. Tried emptying cache, etc, but still the same. Gonna see if it works on another device, like you suggested.

Funny thing is it worked perfectly for quite a while. Just stopped doing so one day. Menus don't work, but a few games will (e.g. Odyssey, monster boy.). Hoping I can play my pre-ordered Cyberpunk...

Well at least cyberpunk works. Beautiful on phone. Unfortunately, it's very hit or miss on pc (1gbs connection). Rarely it plays amazing and looks gorgeous. Mostly it's blurry and the resolution looks forced. Sad

Still.looking for good controller settings but hey, it works somehow
