I purchased Play credits specifically for use with Google Stadia. I purchased Google Play credits to buy this game addon for use specifically with Google Stadia. Stadia has refunded the balance to my Google Play account as expected. I am requesting that the refund be transferred to my Google Pay or PayPal account. That is the only way I can purchase the game order that Stadia cancelled due to shutting down the platform. I've contacted numerous times but feel no one understands what I'm asking. I would have never purchased Play credits had I known Stadia would shut down. Google, please do the right thing and return my funds so that I may repurchase this game addon!! Customer support has not at all been supportive. This is not at all okay.

Hi, almost 2 weeks ago (november 19th) i received an email saying i'd be refunded 50 euro for baldurs gate 3 since stadia is closing. Now after checking that order, it says that its refunded me 0 euro rather than what i paid for. I contacted google support and they just told me to post it on the stadia forums. Is there a way i can be refunded my money?

What do we do if the funds were accepted by a bank from a card and bank you're no longer associated with. The bank is unable to release those funds and tells you to talk to Google support. Google tells me to talk to my bank and this cycle been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks with no help from anyone. My money is stuck on a card that no longer exists and the bank can't do anything without Google fixing this. So what in the world do I do when all parties involved can't help. I'm at my wits end and no one is willing to accept any responsibility to fix this.

I've received some of my refunds but there are several the were declined (not sure why because it's still my active card) and a couple of other transactions on an expired card which were denied according to Pay.Google.Com and some that were apparently refunded according to pay.google.com that were never returned to my credit card. I never received a single email regarding the refunds they just showed up on my credit card, and nothing about the denied transactions to correct. The only customer support I can see when I click through the FAQ is either Facebook or Twitter. Is there another customer support that I'm missing?
