Generally forums like this will have sticky's and official posts from the company. Like others I pre-ordered on June 6th and have yet to receive a code, but atm this is about 99% of the posts here. No launch is ever easy, but a simple communication to show Google is away and working on the issue would go a long way to alleviate the bad PR and user frustration for something we were all excited for.

What is the point of preorder if Google can't even make the delivery date? To be honest i feel fooled today when i don't even get my code. I ordered the first day, as fast as i saw about Stadia. I guess i have to wait a week or two before i can start testing. With all the negative press about Stadia i really felt we all should get the code today.

Just a warning to everyone, but it appears that even support cannot change the case of your Stadia name. In the heat of the moment as I rushed to claim my name before anyone else, I accidentally claimed it without a capital letter. Now my name is stuck lowercase and phone support is unable to fix it because the system thinks they are trying to reclaim my existing name. Hopefully this is something that Google will allow in the future, so I don’t mind too much, but I wanted to give this warning to everyone. Be careful when choosing your name. Edit: I called support again and now I am escalated to tier 2 technical support. They will respond to me via email apparently. I’ll let you all know what happens next.
I have received my Founders Edition have it all setup and waiting for the Invite Code. Has anyone from google responded on when these will be shipped out?

Here is a quick list of what people doesn't seems to understand with stadia for now: 1°/ - Stadia subscription plan give you access to a latest generation console which doesn't sit within your living room. 2°/ - Stadia isn't simply a console, it's more than that, it's a complete gaming platform tied with other Google's services such as YouTube etc. 3°/ - Why don't Stadia just allow gamers/subscibers to link their Steam/Origin/GOG/Epic/Uplay account to the platform in order for Google to verify that they already buy a specific game and so avoid the frustration for them to have to buy it once again FULL PRICE (Skyrim effect hello). 4°/ - People don't get that in order to get the best experience you need your network connection to be rock solid, not only you need a decent bandwith in order to at least play seamlessly using 1080p Stereo and don't feel input lag, but you also need to pay attention to your inherent jitter and latency. For this one, Google should improve their elligibility speed test in order to at least inform correctly the consumers as they're not all tech geeks like us early-adopters. 5°/ - People don't get that today is actually a SOFT LAUNCH and not the real launch as it's only open for Founders and yet even founders don't all get the validation code yet. 6°/ - People expectation for such platform is really high as it ask them to switch from a platform that they know really well (Console/PC) with a lot of features and zero latency/quality issue because of their network connectivity. Google will really have to work and advertise and make enormous marketing/technicals efforts during a long time (at least three years) in order for them to prouve people that it's actually working. 7°/ - Improve the games catalog really quick and sustain the post-launch effect run of the platform or you'll have the same issue than for Game studios, the gamers drain because of problems or games launch planning on other platforms. I hope all that will help a bit and that you'll all enjoy your time on the futur of gaming platform!

The Google Community Team is dropping the ball. This Whole site is full of people asking about their codes. It's now been nearly an hour and a lot of people haven't gotten their codes. These are people who ordered stadia the MINUTE the preorder went live.  The Sub-reddit is also full of people posting about it.    Not a good look. It's clear to me that No one on the Community team has Ever worked in Retail. You need to assure customers that they are still valued. ANY UPDATE, Google is the largest Email platform in the world. It really shouldn't be hard to send the founders their email.  The lack of communication along with all the lukewarm reviews from your preview outlets.  This is not looking good guys. It's not about providing solutions. Just let us know there is a problem and it will get sorted....

In a world with a plethora of protocols/devices/infrastructures which allow internet access, it would be nice to get exact latency/bandwidth data in the app or on the platform to judge which locations/connections/ISPs gets you your best results. The biggest appeal of Stadia for me is the "play anywhere" concept, but not all devices/infrastructures were created equally. Being able to determine the latency and quality of your current connection would be a great help to figure out which way (currently) plays best.
That's like two more weeks away, uhhhh!

Hi, I was wondering if we can get a definitive response for folks that pre-ordered the founders edition but had their pre-orders cancelled within hours of a hold being placed. Is Google going to be reinstating our orders? We've been told to contact support, but support tells us they can't help us and has to send it up the chain. I'm not asking to be fixed right this moment, but a response to ensure us that we will still be able to get our Founders Edition, since the system cancelled us through no fault of our own would go a long way.

Was wondering if anyone has been having the same problem as me. Over the past few days, my estimated delivery date of my founders pack has been fluctuating wildly, from between November 26 - 27 to into December. When I contacted Google support about it, all they would say is the December date was wrong, without committing to any actual estimate of when my order would ship/be delivered. Then they would repeatedly parrot "orders will start shipping on November 19" with no further information about my specific order. Has anyone else experienced this changing estimated delivery date? Its particularly frustrating when I preordered when they were advertising a November 2019 launch, and now it looks like I'm not going to get my founders pack until December.

I ordered FE and a wasabi controller on June 6th with a current listed delivery date of Nov 27-Dec 2. It is pretty clear at this point orders are not sending based on time of purchase. What is going to be done to correct this since I am not the only one having this issue as reported on the Stadia sub Reddit. Contacting Google Store Support has only  told me they will be shipped by when they are ordered which appears to be objectively wrong at this point and when it was escalated I received one response saying they would be able to get send it with the original delivery date (6 days ago the delivery date moved back a week for unknown reasons).
