So I have a number of charges that say they were refunded.  The card in question no longer exists.  I thought the refunds would be declined, but apparently were not.  Some refunds did decline while most of them say refunded, but the bank says that they didn't receive funds on the closed account. Should I wait it out longer, or who should I talk to?

Hi There, My name is Chase & I've just joined Stadia on my Chromebook & i'm still trying to understand everything about this app & what you or i can gain from using an app like Stadia? I've got a Playystation 5 & i'm crazy on FIFA'23 at this very moment in time, i'm just interested in how Stadia is going to help at all & do i have to re-download the app on ps5 or can i connect through the chromebook somehow & please can anyone give me some good advice or even just a few tips? Trying to get a payment for stadia hardware refunded. I am in utter disbelief at the level of incompetence from the support teams I've worked with on several case IDs  in the last few days. Hourlong + chat holds to transfer queues, I've had reps drop the general link to stadia support and kick me out after 35 minutes in queue, forcing me to startover and retype everything. When I finally get to a purported live person, they flatly ignore information or responses I provide them to indicate that the issue has not been addressed within the scope of the support page/policy that they've pasted into the chat. The most recent rep told me three times to talk to Google Payments team, despite the chat I was on with him HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM GOOGLE PAYMENTS SUPPORT ALREADY. When I reminded the rep (Jason) of that, he just, said the same thing, again, and accused me of not listening to him, and that the answer had been provided. Immediately after sending, he chides me for taking up too much of his time when he has other customers to help, and ends the chat. Just like that. Like, for real, Google?   This   is how you treat the customers that were first to give you money to sign up for Stadia hardware?   Case number three four four eight nine zero zero zero zero three three four two two

I received my game refunds to my Google Play Balance but it has all expired and now I am unable to use it. Is this problem going to be fixed or do I need to contact someone?   Thank you

Hi,   My stadia controller was purchased for me as a gift by my wife who does not have a Google account. It was purchased via a Guest Order.   she has received an email saying the refund was attempted but as it’s an old card this has failed. We can’t see a way to change the card - the link in the email takes us to a Google login page and, as above, she doesn’t have a Google account.   how can we do this?!

Got 5 mails for stadia purchase refunds, but to no longer active payment details. After updating the payment details, only one of the 5 purchases have been refunded to my new card. I try to upgrade refund informations but it does not update and cancel refund
