I've contacted Stadia support as after having changed the payment method for my refunds, I haven't still received the money in over 2 weeks. From the support page (https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp) I can see I have a case open with them but I'm unable to see what's the status of the ticket. Furthermore, I see the last update was within the last 24 hours but I haven't received any emails about this. Is there any way to check the status of the current ticket before I create a new one? Thanks!

Im having trouble changing payment method i purchased as a guest  i received email regarding refund We were unable to complete your refund due to an issue with your payment method. You can fix this by updating your payment info.   when i try to change the payment method it says  Hmm, something's not right Either the profile that you are trying to access does not exist or you do not have permission to access it. Contact your administrator or Google support to resolve this issue.   i have contacted support 3 times now and no one seems to be able to help me with this, can you please contact me on how to resolve

Hello, I got a portion of the refund as a google store credit (150$) and it is expiring in less than 1 week. I don't really understand why they would call this a refund. I contacted help and they told me that they can't extend it. So I now got a refund and have 1 week to use it.  The rest was on an expired credit card which I am not sure how to get back either.  Seemed like a rushed and ill prepared way to offer refunds.

Hey!   So I got a email almost a month ago saying I was getting a refund for my game & hardware purchases, however it says the refund was declined. I don’t have the original form of payment anymore, I closed it awhile ago and the bank says the refund bounced. I was supposed to automatically receive a email about how to update my payment method to receive it but I haven’t, I also don’t have any notifications on pay.google either.   I have 2 cases open with stadia support and I keep getting transferred to different agents that take 3 days to reply & continuously transfer me. What can be done here?

I've received a refund via Google store credits as my credit card is not available anymore. On the refund form, I had selected "Google Play store credits" as I'm able to at least use this.  It seems like other members are receiving their refund on other forms of payment as well like directly into a google pay wallet, or google store, Google play store.  I've spoken with a few reps and gotten the runaround several times about once the transaction is done, there's nothing else that can be done about it. One of the reps even mentioned that I should just deal with it since I've had google store credits before.

Hello,  I receive an email to update payment info because my credit card expired but when i click on the link "update payment" i had this page : pay.google.com  "An error has occurred The profile you're trying to view doesn't exist, or you don't have permission to access it. Contact your administrator or Google Support to resolve this issue." And i'm loging into my google account. But when I ordered my stadia I was in guest account and not with my google account. How can i do ?

I got the initial Stadia refund email and went to the site to check on it.  It asked me to update the payment method but then all indications of any refund disappeared. I look at my activity history and see my initial Stadia hardware transaction shows "Refund declined".   Is this correct or do I still need to wait for any refund?  I do not see any refund processed on my end. I still have the original payment method debit card on my account. Thank you.

I bought a lot of games on Stadia, and a few weeks ago I got an email listing which of my games had been refunded and which it said needed attention. I bought all my games with Google Play credit, so that's where the games are being refunded to. I'm fine with having my Youtube TV subscription paid for in advance for the next couple years or so, so that's not a problem for me. The problem is that I still have a bunch of games that couldn't be refunded because the Google Play balance has a $2000 limit.  The email mentioned going to pay.google.com and clicking the bell for any that needed attention, but when I do that, there's nothing there. If I look through my history, those purchases on the "needs attention" list show as refunded, but the math doesn't add up, so there's no way that's possible.  I got a problem with the hardware bundle email this week and had a link to correct it and pick a new method within the day, but going on 3 weeks now, I've received no update on fixing the refunds for the rest of the games. I'm wondering if there's something else I need to do to get this fixed or if I just need to be patient. I don't mind much either way, so long as I get my money back in the end. I just don't want to wait and then be told it's too late.

I've talked to both my previous bank and Google multiple times and the bank can't help me and googles support team refuse to acknowledge any problems. It's been over a month at this point and my funds have not been accepted or denied and no one has any answers with what the hell is happening. No emails, no nothing. Just a email from a month ago my money was refunded to a card that no longer exists.  It's beyond unacceptable that I have to deal with so much of a headache too get any answers.
