Hi  Thanks for the help.  I spoke to support in the morning.  It seems there is a error with purchases.  They have reassured me that the payment hasn't gone through.   They will call me once they get things sorted.  So hopefully all good. Definitely no payment going through.   They have advised not to make any purchases until the issue is resolved.   Again thank you for the help it is appreciated  Ash
